Processing Time

We strive to process orders promptly. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For peak seasons, pre-order items, or high-demand products that may temporarily go out of stock, processing times can extend up to 21 working days. If extended processing is required, we will contact you with the expected timeline. Should you choose not to wait, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Shipping Details

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing payment.
  • For PayPal or Stripe payments, we only ship to the verified address linked to your account. Address changes cannot be made after payment is confirmed.
  • A contact phone number must be provided for shipping purposes.

Domestic Shipping

Delivery times depend on your location, shipping method, and circumstances such as:

  • Non-service or outskirt areas.
  • Peak seasons, festive periods, natural disasters, or unforeseen delays by the shipping provider.

International Shipping

For overseas customers, we ship via Standard or Express Air Mail with tracking. Delivery typically takes 7–30 business days from the shipment date, excluding weekends, public holidays, and customs delays.

Note: Customs, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are separate from shipping charges and will be billed directly by your local customs office. Contact your local customs authority for more information on potential charges.


Important Shipping Notes

  1. Orders shipped via courier require a signature upon delivery.
  2. Inspect the package in front of the courier. Do not accept deliveries with damaged or tampered packaging.
  3. Complaints regarding missing or incorrect items must be reported upon receipt.
  4. Customers must cover the cost of reshipping parcels returned due to incorrect addresses, customs holds, or other unforeseen issues.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we ensure all items are carefully packed and in good condition before shipping, we are not liable for damages caused by third-party handling during transit.

  • If you receive a damaged package, do not accept it from the courier. Notify us immediately via email or chat with your order details, photos of the package, and any damaged items.
